We want you to love your OpenBeat Pro. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Products can be returned even if used — we stand behind our quality
  • Items must not be intentionally damaged
  • Original packaging preferred but not required

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at hello@getopenbeat.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label
  3. Ship the item back using the provided label
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 48 hours

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different color within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at hello@getopenbeat.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@getopenbeat.com with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

6-Month Quality Warranty

All OpenBeat Pro earphones come with a 6-month quality warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase, we will replace it free of charge.

International Returns

  • USA: Free return shipping provided
  • France / Europe: Return shipping costs covered by OpenBeat
  • Sénégal / Africa: Contact us for return instructions — we will find the best solution for you
